Delivery & Returns

We have two delivery options for most products:

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: Delivery in 2-5 days. A small number of items have a longer timeframe and this will be shown in the checkout. 
  • PRIORITY SHIPPING: Delivery in 1-2 days. Order before midday for same-day dispatch.

Orders to addresses Northern Ireland, UK highlands or islands will take an extra day of transit time.

Most items are sent with Royal Mail tracked services. Doormats and XL sizes are sent with Evri as standard. Refer to the checkout for up to date pricing and delivery estimates.

Please get in touch if your item has been delayed. Refunds on any additional shipping costs may be granted if there is a significant delay beyond your expected delivery timeframe.

LOCAL PICKUP

Many of our products can be picked up within a day of ordering. Our studio is based in West London near Ladbroke Grove.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer delivery to USA, Australia and European nations outside of the EU. You'll be able to see an estimated delivery time frame in the checkout before you place your order.

Standard shipping rates start from the following prices:
  • USA £13.95
  • Canada £18.00
  • Guernsey £9.95
  • Switzerland £25.00

14 DAY RETURN & REPLACEMENT PERIOD
We offer returns and replacements on any faulty, damaged or defect personalised items if we are notified within 14 days of the order being received. Personalised items are made to order and we are therefore unable to offer returns and replacements for any other reason, including shipping delays.

For non-personalised items, we can accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order being received. Please note that we can’t accept returns for used items so please make sure you keep the tags and original packaging. Once we receive the return we’ll issue a refund to you within 7 days.
