Shipping policy
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
We have two delivery options for most products:
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: Delivery in 3 to 7 working days.
- PRIORITY SHIPPING: Delivery in 1 to 3 working days. Order before midday for same-day dispatch.
Please allow an extra day if you are ordering from Northern Ireland, UK highlands or islands.
Most items are sent with Royal Mail Tracked services. Doormats are sent with Yodel as standard and XL size boxes are sent with Evri.
LOCAL PICKUP
Many of our products can be picked up within a day of ordering. Our studio is based in West London near Ladbroke Grove.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently offer delivery to USA, Europe and Canada. You'll be able to see an estimated delivery time frame in the checkout before you place your order. Please note that customs and local taxes will be payable separately to local authorities as per the laws in the country you are ordering from.
