I absolutely love this personalised mat, the quality is impressive and it really makes the hallway special. Originally I received an incorrect item but, wow, customer service was amazing, apologetic and very polite. Replacement was dispatched straight away. I am surprised that a door mat can be so classy. I just don't want anybody to wipe their feet on it!
